Terms of Service

By accessing or using M2Developer ("the Service") at m2developer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All digital products (scripts, 3D models, bundles) sold on M2Developer are licensed — not sold outright. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it subject to the following conditions:

• You may install and use the product on the number of FiveM servers specified in your license.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any product or its files.
• You may not claim ownership or authorship of any purchased product.
• Reverse engineering, deobfuscation, or modification of encrypted/protected files is prohibited.
• Scripts and models are licensed for use in FiveM server environments only unless stated otherwise.

• All prices are displayed in THB (Thai Baht) or USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Balance top-ups are non-refundable once processed.
• Product purchases are non-refundable once the download or license key has been accessed.
• Refunds may be considered within 48 hours of purchase if the product has not been downloaded and a technical issue prevents its use. Contact us via the support page.

Scripts and bundles are protected with a license key system. By using these products, you consent to:

• Your FiveM server's IP address and resource name being transmitted to our license validation API.
• This data being stored and used to enforce seat limits and detect unauthorized use.

License keys are tied to your account and may not be transferred to another user.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account, license keys, or downloaded files with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing or reselling purchased content.

All products, designs, and content on M2Developer are the intellectual property of M2Developer or their respective creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be free of bugs or compatible with all server configurations. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M2Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
